Children's Online Privacy Statement

The It's OK 2 Ask about suicide website is designed for youth ages 10-24. The federal government requires compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act when collecting personal information from youth under the age of thirteen. In order for us to mail the promotional materials to the winners we must collect names and addresses of all youth that participate. This personal information will be collected strictly for the purpose of mailing promotional materials. All names and addresses will be deleted and destroyed after the merchandise is mailed.
